[BUG] Removing Source Disappear behaviour
Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When you have several merged sources while removing it may remove what you select but the merged sources will may have cases where some merged sources disappear with it and you have to leave new manga view page and go back for it to reappear
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior
Have a manga with multiple merged sources and then remove them randomly and see the behaviour
Expected behaviour A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Removal should only remove what you have marked for removal without display quirks
App Version Eg: v0.2-wip.3.1
v0.7 b24 iOS 15.4 iPhone 12 Pro

In the video you can see when on source is removed others also disappear and leaving the view and going back makes them reappear
