[REQUEST] In new horizontal reader, respect reading direction for scrollbar

Description In the new reader, the horizontal scrollbar (or whatever that is) should match the reading direction, with the start of the chapter being the right side when using right-to-left direction.

How would it improve the App? The scrollbar would match the reading direction, making it feel more natural and logical.
