Fixed extension "case" errors

Hello! I fixed some files where '.Monkey' was the extension rather than the "Ted2Go" valid '.monkey'.

This fix makes sure the Monkey2 IDE, and probably monkey2 compiler, can view the file correctly.

Notice:

I did not change any of the contents of the files, just the extensions

I created a quick JavaScript tool you can find it, and also use it in the future to lint your extensions, here

I modified the extensions so they have the lower case also. I had not noticed this before. Thanks :)

@Pakz001 Awesome! This PR can be closed then :). If you ever need to double check in the future, that program should do the job - I can maybe bundle it up or re-write it in Monkey if you need.
