Greetings @Sythsaz!

This appears to be related to issue #478. Are you using an iPad or other Apple product to view your dashboard? If so, how old is it and/or is the software up to date? If you view your dashboard with a modern web browser or other device, does it still look irregular?

Basically, this is related to how older browsers render dashboards BUT in some cases it can be worked around by using some of the tips that were posted in #478.

It works fine in Chrome and on iPhone/Android just not on my Firefox browser. I don't know if there is anything I can post from the console or not, just let me know what info would be good to pass off and I'll do so. Thanks!

Which version of Firefox is having this problem? Is it up to date?

I don't have any rendering issues on my version image I'm concerned that maybe you have a newer version that maybe is introducing an issue.

@Sythsaz ~ Any update here? Have you had a chance to check on what version of Firefox you are using?

@PRProd Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I'm running 133.0.3 (64-bit). Is there some other info that would help? I've found that it works on Firefox on my Desktop but not on my laptop for some reason. I don't know why there is a discrepancy between the two when they are essentially the same, both being synced.

Is your laptop an older Mac?

A laptop running Windows 10 latest stable build

I am having this problem on a few dashboard devices that I have been testing out. It doesn't show up correctly on older Android devices like the NSPanel Pro or a machine running Lineage OS.

I am experiencing this issue on a crestron tsw-1070 poe touch panel. See photo: 20250215_092522.jpg

It likely does use an older WebKit version, but it would be great if we can get a fix here as it's not possible to update it.....
