Make 'allofplos update' a console script
Would make updating the corpus even easier if it didn't have to be called in Python and people could just type "allofplos update" on the command line.
You don’t need to make it a bash script we only need to add a console script entrypoint and improve the way it handles command line arguments to be more flexible.
I will reiterate the idea of using traitlets to help accomplish this. It’s a bit more heavyweight than we need, but I don’t know if a better configuration system that enables common arguments simultaneously on the command line, via configuration files and as a programmatic interface.
