Sample project loses subscriptions after PLCnext Engineer "Download Changes" event. Subscriptions can ony be restored by re-starting the PLCnext Runtime. Reported here: https://www.plcnext-community.net/en/discussions-2-offcanvas/isubscriptionservice-error-in-sampleruntime.html
