Wrong layout with bullets?

1. Click on any text
2. select bullet point
3. then click on right justify The bullet remains to the left and the text to the right. Is this correct?

@pablojan, @escalope I think the same question for center alignment. In google docs the list bullets is always close to text separated only by several blank spaces. Left as usual, center near to text not aligned vertically nor in right alignment.
