Xbox controller script

For the tastm32-controller.py script, which is supposed to allow an xbox controller to work with an N64 by default, there was a report by DwangoAC that the axis were inverted or somehow otherwise not working properly. Would ideally like someone to reproduce it reliably and fix it.
