Flair only sometimes shows (Join messages, /staff etc)

Not sure what's the bug here, should it not show flair, or should it show flair for all staff?

I believe we recently pushed a change that affected how we handle flairs. Maybe only some servers restarted at the time of the picture and they happened to be the ones that had Juniors on? Just a thought. Could be a bug though

No longer occurring, shows flair for nobody now. @AnthonyTag was most likely right.

Anyway, It seems almost random who gets it, considering you can have multiple staff on same server.

Possibly a problem with Staff sessions....idk what could really be the problem though

Actually the whole flair thing seems a bit temperamental.

I was watching this in-game, and the flairs that are visible (in case of staff) are the ones that you have seen, idk what happen in other players.
