Fetch updates for EngineHub plugins from their Maven Repo | Worldguard Worldedit dev builds etc.

EngineHub does not use Jenkins for their plugin updates, instead they use their own website, tied to a Maven repo. I specially would benefit from fetching updates from this repo, when it comes to Worldguard.
