Telemetry not reporting to telemetry bounty scoreboard

Nodes running latest version with successful publishing and assertions inserted failing to increase score on telemetry bounty scoreboard

Operational wallet used during stage 1 is being used on stage 2 node, I expect to see increase in points as stage 2 node has been running for a number of days. This would appear to be the case for the majority of wallet addresses in bounty scoreboard top 60, however a small number of wallets are still accumulating bounty points (possibly still running stage 1 node)

Telemetry bounty scoreboard has remained static since destroying stage 1 node and building stage 2 node (21/8/22)

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Please ensure V2 nodes are accumulating bounty points as expected

This issue is being closed as inactive due to the date of the last activity on it. If you believe this is still a problem, please create a new issue and confirm that it is reproducible in the current ot-node release version. We are working towards closing open issues that meet specific criteria and ask you to create a new one for those that that are truly bugs in current release. We'll be monitoring those issues so that they are properly managed.
