No Menu, installation didn't work
I installed the modSDK exactly as directed, but i never got the initial menu asking me to choose my mods, and neither the ~ key or F11 worked to open it, i extracted all of the files directly into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\HITMAN 3\Retail did i do something wrong??
Should I extract them into D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\HITMAN 3\Retail instead???

Yes i used the latest version, or at least the one that was linked on this page, and just for good measure, downloaded the one you just linked, still no results?

maybe make clean reinstall of hitman and only keep one install directory and delete all prev version of zhm mod
