Update the wireframe for advance search

FEATURE: Update the existing advance search page to match the requirement of the wireframe.

fixes #2435

TO-DO:

  • [x] Move the search_help area and update the text in it.
  • [x] Modify the advanced search box to only limit title/description & creator.
  • [ ] Modify the additional filter based on wireframe.
