Document outbound email addresses

We need to put together a list of the email addresses that Oregon Digital sends messages FROM (the address in the From: header). This will help Infrastructure to setup and configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC for oregondigital.org and ensure email deliverability for OD2.

Also, are there any third party services that send email on behalf of oregondigital.org? For example, do we send informational emails from a third party service like MailChimp?
