Certain complex objects migrated from OD1 are unable to load manifest in OD2

Descriptive summary

A series of complex objects originally created in OD1 and migrated to OD2 are returning an 'Unable to load manifest' error toast, when one attempts to access them. All of these objects are from the Benton County Aerial Set within the Historical Aerial Photographs of the Mid-Willamette Valley OD collection.

Specific objects that are exhibiting this behavior are as follows:

• Benton County Aerial Set, Section 2, 1978
• Benton County Aerial Set, Section 4, 1978

Expected behavior
