Mod not showing nor working in the gane

Description:

I downloaded the mod and put it into my Forge mods folder, but when I launch the game, Dynamic Surroundings does not appear in the list of loaded mods and so it does not work. I only have Terra and this mod in my mods folder (which are known to be compatibles.

I don't know why your mod won't load. Can you help me please. Thx

Your using a version of Forge that is for 1.16... Clearly explains why.

1.12.2 uses 14.23.5.2855. Forge 36.1.0 (Which is very outdated) is for 1.16.5.
