RTL Recommendations.
1- in edit or create new user, username and email it's better to be LTR. because these are always in English.
2- in paragraph box and other text and html editors, its better to open menu in right to left direction.
3-Permalink is an address container, so always the address is LTR.
4- edit templates menu button doesn't work well.
5- in recaptcha, facebook, GitHub, Azure, OpenId ,Microsoft Account Authentication ,... settings, the fields should be LTR. because all these values are English.
@sebastienros @hishamco @Skrypt i know it's a lot to work but it makes the RTL more friendly.
1- Email is Ok, but I don't know why the username shouldn't be Arabic or Persian .. etc

if its ltr, it's better manageable too. because you have dot and English domain too. I think English is more usual.

Regarding point 5, I need a confirmation from other guys that those settings should be English only
In general we can solve such issue by introducing a CSS class that the developer can use in case he needs an field to be LTR even if the current page is RTL
Because RTL page should have RTL controls unless the user want to override the default behavior
@aghili371 I know this is too old, please let me know if this is still happening, otherwise I will scan all the RTL issues
