Been a few years but would love to see this, has anyone got a apex app they have developed to do this they would like to share ?

Anyone developed an application yet to view the logger logs? Just querying the tables is not really a good way to view detailed information about the logs.

I have not. I've built a few splunk dashboards around it (more than once) but no apex app. Should be trivial if it's only to search / filter logs:

Interactive report for main logs
Page to view settings
Maybe a page to manage settings if you're feeling inspired
