Permissions boundary on role DCEPrincipal-xxx

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The end user from sandbox dce needs to create role to use on EKS. However nowadays the end user has no permission to create role according to the role DCEPrincipal-xxxx

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to implement on DCEPrincipal-xxx role the permissions boundary, that way the end user will be able to create a role according to the requirements defined in the permissions boundary.
