Employ `mint`

Instead of bumping major version every time that glam updates, we should rewrite the public api to use mint.

Yeah, I've been quite busy the past year, and in the little time I have to work on side projects, refactoring this library isn't quite on the top of the "ooh that sounds fun" list 😅. I've found that just bumping my major version to keep up with glam's 0.x.y -> 0.(x+1).0 bumps keeps everyone happy so I also don't feel much pressure to doing this.
