Tensorflow incompatibility

The network "dagmm" is built using Tensorflow 1.x and it is incompatible to tensorflow 2.x

Hey, thanks for pointing that out! We totally get where you're coming from. Upgrading it to TensorFlow 2.x isn't something we're planning to tackle – we're all about keeping things just like the original for benchmarking reasons.
