Create a feedback widget on the website and hook it to analytics.

We have a policy of not assigning issues to users not in our organization, to outwardly communicate that anybody is welcome to claim the issue. For context, we often dealt with people asking for assignment, but never returning. This accidental parking leads to extra maintenance work for maintainers.

1. What kind of analytics are you wanting to hook it to?
2. Where would the feedback be going to - is there a CMS, or database already set up?
3. Is this an example of a feedback widget OC has in mind? (screenshot)

we should be able to hook into google analytics and not store the information. it's okay that adblocker people are screaming into the void. this ticket is super low priority fwiw. cuz we would never act on any ideas in a timely fashion.
