HTTP Status 500 (Internal Server Error) response for Presence Batch

Hi, I recently started getting HTTP Status 500 for the presence batch request.

I tested multiple scenarios - different rate limits, different IPs, different accounts etc. But no luck so far.

Has anyone had these? What could be the cause?
