Improve call counter limits
Current Situation
Current daily call limit 10'000 is a major pain for the users, especially most valuable users with many SwitchBot devices. And with new devices added constantly - it will get worse.
Having the limit is actually discouraging users to get more new devices.

Proposed Change
Multiple improvements can be made, better all of the below:

Increment the limit (possibly double)

Add call limit per minute (per 5 minutes) - similar to YoLink API- it's much safer hitting minute limit, then you can wait for a minute. But hitting daily limit is a pain - as you are out of control for the rest of the day - and the worst part you don't know the wait time (as counter reset time isn't documented). For home automation it's a major pain loosing control of your system for undefined time.

Add "remaining" call counter to the API - either a new command, or better just return with each call.
