Hi SwitchBot Team 👋

I am an active Home Assistant user. The Home Assistant community is huge and growing rapidly – with millions of users worldwide.
Most of us make buying decisions strongly based on Home Assistant compatibility.

Requested feature

• Expose fingerprint ID or name when a fingerprint is used.

Example use cases

• Different automations for different family members (e.g., child fingerprint → notify parents, parent fingerprint → disarm alarm).

Benefit

Allows personalization and much deeper smart home integration.
