More Keypad Touch Webhook Events Required

Current Situation

Current i have Hub 2 and Keypad Touch. both device is worthless with APIs and Webhooks. We have already a IR lock so we wanna integrate with Hub 2.

1. Keypad Touch users list API is missing.
2. Keypad Touch limited webhook events.

Proposed Change

1. Required a API for Keypad Touch to get all users info (password, fingerprint and NFC card).
2. Required a Webhook Events of Keypad Touch to detect who successfully unlocked/gained access (user) with their userID.

Its help us to build a robust automation system with user tracking system (we can track user who unlock the door using keypad touch)

Without being able to distinguish whether the smart lock was opened using the keypad or manually, it is impossible to accurately create events for leaving and returning home. Therefore, I also believe that this event is very important.

Please update the webhook event. My Keypad Touch is useless and i am not able to integrate it to my HRM.

Just provide only webhook events "who unlock the lock?" of "Keypad Touch", without it is useless for me.

I think my latest feature request follows this same request: https://github.com/OpenWonderLabs/SwitchBotAPI/issues/338 - I do agree that the keypad touch is really missing a lot of much-needed webhook events.
