Expose last update timestamp for device

Current Situation

I would like to see the timestamp when the value for a device was last updated. While I can get a value I don't know how recent the value is.. I can't tell if maybe coms has dropped and values are stale.

Proposed Change

Exposed last updated or last refreshed timestamp to the api per device.
