Support for s10 vacuum

Current Situation

The device is reported via getDevices but it has no deviceType reported.

Proposed Change

Report the deviceType for the s10 and possibly implement command set like the other vacuums (if not already there).

Additional Context

Without a deviceType there is no way for my app to know what the device is, so I can't try sending commands to see if that is the only issue or if the commands also need to be added.

In which timeframe will you have a documentation and implementation of the API?
