Recording issue
I'm facing a issue with OTCamera. I built three test cameras. All three are identical and consist of a Raspberry Pi Zero, an RTC, and a camera module. However, only one of the three cameras works outside the office Wi-Fi network. The other two cameras generate their own access point, and you can connect to them and access the IP address. But when they are outside the office Wi-Fi network, they do not record anything. Only the status page is displayed—without a preview image and with the message “not recording.” They only record videos when they are connected to the office Wi-Fi at the same time. Here, too, control is via the access point and the IP address of the camera itself, not via the office Wi-Fi. The IP ranges of the office Wi-Fi and OTCamera are different.
What informations/logs do we need to figure out the problem? Or is it already known and dicribed somewhere?
