XP-Pen Deco 01 V2 (Variant 2) not correctly detected resulting in wrong active area

Steps to Reproduce

• Plug tablet XP-Pen 01 V2 (Variant 2)
• Start OpenTabletDriver
• Set tablet to full area

Expected Behavior

The active area should be the full size of the tablet.

Observed Behavior

The active area is not the full size of the tablet. It is roughly 2/3 the width and 1/2 the height.
