Added endpoints for completing deploymentModels based on requirements and capabilities. Additionally policies and blacklists for NodeType Tags are supported.

Added endpoint for checking if a ServiceTemplate is complete, i.e., has no open requirements.

Added endpoint for checking if equivalent ServiceTemplates already exist in the Winery
