There should be support for ip and user ban, 'easy' user and resource delete, and moderator interface. By 'easy', I mean without directly deleting it, so that they appear as they don't exist, but mods/admins can still access it if they need it.

So the ~~resource schema~~ user, collection, and resource schemas should all have a modOnly attribute of some sort.

The moderator interface should list all recently uploaded assets in a grid complex which scrolls down. Offending resources can be selected and deleted en mass.

A list of all users ordered A-Z would be very useful. Users could be selected and then could be deleted, banned or IP banned by choosing an action at the top.
