Issue Management Guidelines

1. Is it stale?:

   • Check for inactivity in issues or pull requests.
   • Determine if recent discussion or progress is lacking.
   • Take appropriate action based on the assessment.

2. Labeled as a priority - doesn't close:

   • Identify issues or pull requests labeled as priorities.
   • Understand that priority doesn't necessarily mean immediate closure.
   • Decide on the next steps, which may involve further work or discussion.

3. Closes after 60 days of inaction:

   • Set a specific timeframe (60 days) for handling inactive items.
   • If there has been no recent activity or progress, consider closing the item.
   • Helps maintain a tidy issue tracker and prioritize active, relevant tasks.
