Rename FeatureData to e.g. SensorDetectionData

Describe the problem

After several years of discussion, I would finally propose to change FeatureData to something like SensorDetectionData to stop confusion with e.g. ISO23150.

@PhRosenberger, could you start a new branch for ISO23150 alignment? And maybe a first pull request to solve this issue?
