Feature/groundtruth configuration message
This PR contains the unrelated changes to introduce a GroundTruthInitConfiguration message from PR #407, which is work in progress.
@pmai, I recall that this came out of an initial bigger pull request during V3.4. Currently this is still on Draft, do we have any update on this topic?
@tbleher : Is this change here interesting for you and needed? The omit_static_information part of sensorViewConfiguration is already merged.
@ThomasNaderBMW Thanks for highlighting this commit :) For our pedestrian model, current OSMP plus the already merged omit_static_information flag provides all we need for now :)
I'm not yet clear how the the new message would fit into OSMP. The new GroundTruthInit message is sent very early. If I understood correctly, the the proposed configuration message would influence the GroundTruthInit message, and thus would have to be exchanged before the GroundTruthInit message. How would this work in OSMP and FMI?
