"Princeton" simply not tagged

Describe the bug random city name "Princeton" is never tagged in any situation.

"Trenton, NJ" is tagged for both city and state code. "Princeton, New Jersey" is tagged only for state.

There is a class of textual names that are not tagged for a bizarre Solr? reason...

To Reproduce

Just /solr/gazetteer/tag ? stream.body = Princeton using the bare Solr Admin UI in browser.

Expected behavior

token "Princeton" should be emitted as a tag.
