Remove topics from session pages and link "Back to list of all Working Sessions"

They are not really adding a lot of value to the current view

The link "Back to list of all Working Sessions"

currently points to the Tracks page, which is not working ok at the moment (and not really used for non-onsite summits)

Also the Project's row should not show if there are not projects
