References are missing in scap-workbench

References show what rules map to which policies. For example:

<reference href="http://iase.disa.mil/stigs/Pages/stig-viewing-guidance.aspx">SV-86473r2_rule</reference>

are not viewable when they need to be.

The fact that there is no way to view these in SCAP workbench is a huge issue and customers are starting to voice this.
