refactoring of the webview controller

Currently the webview controller is only used by the WeDo plugin, but it looks like that more systems will connect to the Open Roberta Server via the Open Roberta Mobile Apps and controle the robots over the webview. Therefore it is necessary to adopt and refactore the frontend to easily connect and work with others than the wedo plugin.
