Calliope internal LED colour in conjunction with LED matrix usage

Calliope encounters a problem to set the correct internal LED colour when the LED matrix display is used in the same program: This behaviour may be caused by the setDisplayMode call.

I still have the same problem. When the display blocks are included the LED turns yellow every time it is initially used. When holding pin 1 it will turn red after the second time.
