Solve issues related to cross compilation

This ticket is primarily used for tracking and solving all issues that involve cross compilation using ora-cc-rsc or arduino-resoures resources.

First step would be to ascertain whether the tickets are still valid. It can often be the case, that with previous refactoring or some unrelated commit an issue could implicitly have been solved. Next it is necessary to identify duplicates, so as to not redo anything. I have tagged some of them already, please feel free to do so yourself.
