Bug: Mouse drifting

Describe the bug

Start Monkey Island 1.

The mouse tends to drift on its own, making the game hard to play.

Expected behavior

The mouse cursor should not move on its own.

Also happens in "Dunkle Schatten"

Also happens with cruise for a corpse.

Doesn't happen with Krondor (uses dos driver)

Doesn't happen with Dune (uses BIOS)
