MD-9600 support is not complete, RF does not work

Goal

Finish implementing support for the TYT MD-9600 radio. Today, RF does not work on the hardware, and that is because no one has completed the analysis necessary. The goal of this task is to make FM RX and TX work, but analysis is needed first.

Steps

• [ ] Finishing tracing the RF GPIOs and documenting a schematic on the website https://github.com/OpenRTX/openrtx.github.io/blob/master/hardware/md9600.md
• [ ] Review https://github.com/OpenRTX/openrtx/blob/master/platform/targets/MD-9600/hwconfig.h and add missing entries (use the other hardware files like hardware/mduv380.md for examples of what may be missing)
• [ ] Run a manual test on the hardware confirming that analog FM RX and TX works, updating this issue with new discoveries about what is required
