Add Fairground organ style 3

This PR adds 17 brand new (old) tracks recorded from Herman Riddering's 35er Voigt (The original RCT Organ). (Featuring Marcel Vos in the background) I have no clue what the songs are that are being played so I would love to hear if people can place whichone is which. I have a few pictures to share from labels, but I dont know what fits with what.
