New string from PR OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2#25493. (String removal from the given PR is handled for all the languages at once, no work against removal of strings needed by localisation maintainers)

There seems to be an issue with alignment of the string in the ticket description. We generally always leave four spaces after the string number. I'm not entirely sure why that is, but that has been the tradition so far for the whole localisation, and all the existing files are following that rule.

The string should appear as:

STR_7008    :Unknown ride type ({INT32})
