The ru-RU localisation uses English scenario names as-is, and there's no description to translate here -- though I'm not sure why, and whether that's intentional. Assuming it is, ru-RU can be ticked as done.

eo-ZZ can be marked done with #3338

cs-CZ is done as cs-CZ doesn't translate given park names by intention, as outlined in OpenRCT2/Localisation#3260 (in English) and Translator guidelines: cs_CZ - Vlastní jména (in Czech)

It's okay, if you as current maintainer say: it's okay.

You might think of creating Translator Guidelines for your language where you will say that's its not translated by intention - I do that for cs-CZ --- for Czech, it makes sense, we can have it "original" - creating some new "artistic-like" translations of two-decade old scenarios seems weird - and once I am not translating RCT1 and 2 scenario names, I am not never translating any other extra

@tupaschoal checking for you pt-BR done by https://github.com/OpenRCT2/Localisation/commit/15e4eb3e6903084d5bc1095057321ed5f0fa75fb , merged into OpenRCT2/objects by OpenRCT2/objects#398 . It was merged in silence with cs-CZ update, as visible by blaming

As a general note: do whatever makes sense for the audience that will use the language. Take any liberties you need to make it work. So leaving names in English is completely fine, so is translating them, or even changing them to something else if it makes sense. Never just translate literally.
