Dash symbol management and compatibility

Steps to reproduce

1.Draw dash line (510 power line for exemple) 2.Dash point is automaticaly put on. 3.If you don't want a dash point at the start and at the end of the line, we can check the corresponding box in the symbol configuration.

Actual behaviour

Dash symbol are not really suppressed at the start and end of lines. The dash symbol no longer appears, but the point remains configured as a dash point. This causes a compatibility problem with other software (ocad) which always displays the dash symbol.

Expected behaviour

-Dash points are converted in normal points. -Another approach could be to remove this option and not enable automaticaly dash point mode. The user will activate the dash point mode only when needed.(we don't want necessarily a dash symbol appear on every point we draw)

Understood. This is confusing behavior and should be handled (the dash point removal) in the .ocd export path.

Also please note that it's possible to change the dash point status also for the begin and end points on the path. Although the point marker does not change, the dash status is reflected accordingly by the dash symbol presence. On dashed lines, the dash length does not change though.
