Last delivery not displayed

In the subscription type menu, when defining the distribution, the last delivery is displaying the last delivery that has been marked as "delivered". In case the deliveries are never marked as "delivered" no data is displayed here:

We should display them even if the status is not "delivered". We could display them if the deliveries are created and the data of delivery has been reached
