[FSunstone] Avoid Ownership dropdowns if only one value is present

Description When regular users have no other options than themself and their only group, the Ownership section on the instantiate dialog can be hidden.

Use case Improve usability of FSunstone.

Interface Changes On Fsunstone Hide the Ownership section when the user doesn't have more than one option for the user or group.
