Stop requesting VNC ports for non-VNC connections

Description Sunstone only allows connections via remote console access if the GRAPHICS parameter is set in the VM template, regardless of whether VNC is used or not. The idea is to allow Sunstone to connect to VMs using protocols other than VNC without forcing the VM to have the VNC port activated.

Use case Connect to a VM in vCenter through VMRC. Currently, if you want to use VMRC, it is mandatory to set the VNC port even if it is not used.
